This week’s discussion prompt: What is the worst album cover…of an album you actually like?

There are no shortage of terrible album covers out there, and plenty of websites, articles and other spaces devoted to them. But what about the covers of albums you actually like? Does the cover just plain look bad? Or does it simply not fit well with the music or the artist’s image, in your humble opinion? Does it make you feel embarrassed or uncomfortable (for either yourself or the artist)? Do you think the album would be better loved (or even more highly regarded) if it had a different cover? Also, are there any album covers that over time you’ve changed your opinion on? Feel free to share your least favorites down below, and have agreeing (and respectfully disagreeing) with your fellow Musicados, as that’s all part of the fun!
