Hello everyone! This week we’ll do a prompt that I’m sure we’ve discussed in the distant past. What are your pet peeves when it comes to historical writing, documentaries, etc.? Is there a tendency among certain historians that annoy you? Something about the way people generally discuss history that gets on your nerves?

I apologize for not having time to write proper headers recently. Next week I’m hoping to have time to write a review of Beverly Gage’s new J. Edgar Hoover biography, which so far is getting rave reviews. Here’s hoping! I’ll be out and about today but will try to check in when I have the chance.
