Creative Endeavors Flaps Off

Those of you who’d like to post future Creative Endeavors Threads post your request in the comments below. Hey, Kevzero here, I’m an amateur photographer based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I mostly take wildlife photos, but have been recently taking pictures of many other things. This week: Bird flapping their wings! Waterfowl like to get it wet, and when they do they also need to dry it off. While following waterfowl one will notice the bird will start splashing in the water after a dive. This is usually a sign that the bird is going to starting spreading its wings and start to flap. These are among the easiest way to get ‘action’ shots of birds. Ducks, especially Mallards, are the best birds to get flapping pictures. Here are some pictures of waterfowl going spread-eagle and getting their flap on!
