The race to replace Mitch McConnell as head of the Republican Caucus is heating up in the Senate and would appreciate it if Trump keep his nose out of the process. Senators and advisors know well that Trump has a favorite. No one is absolutely sure if Trump will make an endorsement but if it were made clear, then it would disrupt the election process. The favorites remain John Thune (R-SD) and John Cornyn (R-TX), while no one is taking seriously Rick Scott (R-FL) ‘s longshot candidacy. It is the first competitive leadership race of the Trump era and will shape how the Senate GOP will operate in the future. This is particularly pivotal if the GOP manages to win back control of the Senate.

Also, according to recent polls approximately 50% of adults are not planning on getting their Covid-19 boosters. So please get them and older adults should also look to be vaccinated for RSV!
