This year, we celebrate the 70th anniversary of Shane, one of the most legendary Westerns of all time. It stars Alan Ladd as Shane, Jean Arthur as Marian, and Jack Palance in a legendary villain role as a grinning Grim Reaper.

Palance was 34 when this movie came out, by the way.
