Infrastructure Week has been more chaotic than usual. The Mueller Probe may (or may not) drop an interim (or maybe final?) report next week. The news comes from CNN and any other articles appear to be sourcing it. I only say this because CNN just hired a right-wing conspiracy kook as a political editor and are apparently super jazzed about it.
Meanwhile, the President was unaware that his administration is leading a global fight to decriminalize homosexuality.
. “Mr. President, on your push to decriminalize homosexuality, are you doing that? And why?” a reporter asked the president. Trump made the reporter repeat the question before answering, “I don’t know which report you’re talking about. We have many reports.”

The bill which will pass the House puts the screws to Senate Republicans since they will have to vote on whether they support the President’s stupid, clumsy blatantly unconstitutional power grab. A lot of seats are up for election, the public doesn’t want the wall, and even most supporters of hardline immigration don’t agree this is the way to go about it. This puts them on the record. My feeling is the ones that feel most vulnerable will vote to repeal, but it won’t be enough to carry the motion. Republicans, or conservatives in power in general, are cowards in the face of fascism.
Reek, Reek it rhymes with meak.
Also, Michael Cohen will testify next week. This, despite apparent threats to his personal safety and those to his family. His admission to prison has also been moved to May due to extensive shoulder surgery that I’m sure wasn’t the result of dealing with
