Day Three – The Young Nope
Pope Jude Law XXIII–named in perplexing honor of the disgraced antipope who had died centuries earlier in the Italian Monastery Massacre–sat on his private balcony, enjoying a cigarette. As an honored guest of the abbey, he was afforded the finest of accommodations, and he took advantage of them.
He was so lost in his reverie he did not notice the cloaked figure approach him, blade drawn. He joined his preceding twenty-two namesakes in being brutally murdered while on vacation.
Sister Stoneheart saw it all from the hallway, where she had been looking for clues. She finally began to put the pieces together. It would not be so easy to put Sister Stoneheart’s pieces together, however. The most delicious parts having been carried away and eaten.
Subsaharan/Pope Jude Law and Lord Stoneheart have died. They were both Novices (Vanilla Town).
“Oh dear, oh dear,” said Mother Superior as she stumbled upon the scene on her way to matins, “I shall need to send a letter to Rome or something. I’ll do it at lunch.”
