Good Day, Avocado! In what I hope might become a new feature, I’m prompting us to discuss a given topic and plumb its depths until we’re driven bored and then mad and then we up and slaughter it and burn the ashes before nuking it from orbit so that we may never speak of it again!

Since today is Friday the 13th, I figured we start this with a lively (or deadly) discussion of the Friday the 13th film series (and extended universe which also includes a loosely connected television series, video games, and comic books, as well as cross-overs into other film series).
