THEIR EYES WERE WATCHING THE NIGHT THREAD (1/9/18)

Zora Neale Hurston (born January 7, 1891—died January 28, 1960) is one of my favorite authors.  She was an American novelist, short story writer, folklorist, and anthropologist associated with the Harlem Renaissance who celebrated the African American culture of the rural South.
