That’s about all I have in me. SheleetaDad isn’t doing well (along with a lot of other dads of the PT, so let’s all keep each other in each other’s thoughts). And I just want to encourage people to take some time for themselves. Did you know that you can take 2 minutes and just sit in a chair with your eyes closed and just breathe? Everyone can find 2 minutes, even during the worst of times. So that’s my gift to you. Take 2 minutes and breathe. Give yourself and others grace.
