NCAA Football: Week 6 (2025)

Under New Management!

In the NCAA thread, we believe there’s no better football than college football. The pageantry, the hoopla…

Aggies Fans (New Mexico State Chapter) can sleep easy after their 37-10 victory over Sam Houston on Thursday night. Somehow, this was a Conference USA matchup, instead of the WACtion it was meant to be.

Friday’s results saw too many games played way too late. The marquee matchup was the BYU Stormin’ Mormons defeating West Virginia 38-24, a real Big 12 Backyard Brawl. Western Kentucky did right by their inexplicable mascot with a close 27-24 victory over the Delaware Tax Breaks. South Florida cruised to a 54-26 victory over Charlotte, the team that would have won all our hearts if they had beaten the Belicheat Tar Heels. The New Mexico Sheriff Lobos lost to San Jose State 35-28 in a matchup that sadly never had the band on the field. Colorado State and San Diego State rounded out the Mountain West After Dark matchups, with Marshall Faulk’s alma mater taking a 45-24 win over the Male Sheep.
