Francesco Stallone, Jr. was born on July 30, 1950. Besides being the younger brother of Sylvester, he is an actor and musician. His song “Far From Over” reached #10 on the Billboard Hot 100. He also performed on the soundtracks of several of Sylvester’s movies.

(Now I’m gonna explain the bit, sorry if that’s extremely unfunny.) When Norm MacDonald was on Saturday Night Live, he hosted “Weekend Update.” One of his bits was to insert Frank Stallone as the non-sequitur to any joke.

According to an article on Cracked, Sylvester did not appreciate the bit and asked Norm to stop doing it, which Norm did. Frank apparently did not “get” the joke and dreamed of a bit where he would break through his own picture on SNL, throttling Norm.

Per Wikipedia, there is a 2021 documentary about Frank called Stallone: Frank, That Is.
