Those of you who’d like to post future Creative Endeavors Threads post your request in the comments below. Hey, Kevzero here, I’m an amateur photographer based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I mostly take wildlife photos, but have been recently taking pictures of many other things. This week: Loons! Loons are a frequent Winter/Spring visitor to the waters around Cape Cod. They are a sign of aquatic health and abundance. The two most common loons are the Common Loon and the, slightly smaller, Red-throated Loon. They are both notable for their grey/black/white feathers, and their distinctive, almost ghostly, beautiful call. It’s always a treat to come across Loons while I’m out taking pictures.
