As we get ready for our weekend birb event, and continue to deal with the final weeks of the 2024 election, we must make our way through Friday.

This week, I want to put some attention on an area that certainly won’t be a surprise to most people here but it’s not often we get a good look at it in long-form journalism and interviews. The Hamptons get a lot of attention from people like Alan Dershowitz and the social scene there that unfolds as the “power players” of the media and more hobnob and continue to be pretty disconnected from reality across the board. In the video below, we get to take a journey through the area during one of the quieter periods and interact with the locals, see more of how it operates, and get introduced to one pretty great storyteller who has seen it all.
