30 Day VILLAINS challenge, day 11: Magnificent Bastards: Style, flair and charisma

Welcome to another 30 day challenge which in honor of spooky season will cover the topic of Pop Culture Villains!

Whether you call it style, flair, charisma or Camp Factor, today we’re gonna talk about the je ne saixs quoi of that makes some villains so memorable.
NOTE: This is not about rooting for the villains, or thinking they are “in the right”, but more about how the villain can often simply be the most engaging/entertaning character in the cast to watch.
So whether we’re talking dress sense, oratory skills or flair for theathrics, the main prompt of today is: what are your most charismatic villains? Who most outshine their counterpart heroes in terms of entertainment value?

Bonus prompt: What villain has the coolest design? Who has the greatest disparity between cool look, and being completely boring/ineffective?

Maniacal prompt: Who has the best Villain Voice and Villain Laugh? Who is let down in this field?

Machiavellian Prompt: What makes for a good balance between a fun, charismatic villain, and an overindulgent one? What lines can a villain cross to flip from fun/charismatic to reprehensible for you?

Mephistophelean prompt: What villains started off as fun and charismatic, but were taken too far?
