What’s your favorite bean? We’ve been eating a lot of black beans lately and I’m digging them. RED shared this Ottolenghi recipe in the Friday night thread and it made my mouth water. I know peanuts are legumes, they would really top my list, but I really want to stick with dried beans here. I would have a tough time choosing between pintos, black beans, garbanzos, and lentils.
