This week’s discussion prompt: What are your favorite samples taken from movies or TV shows?

We’ve discussed samples before, but this time let’s focus on those snippets of dialogue (or other sounds) that originally appeared in films or television shows.

• In which cases did you recognize the samples as coming from media that you were already familiar with?
• In which cases did you hear the song first, and then have a “Leo pointing at the screen” moment when you later encountered the sample where it originally appeared?
