Not really about bloody foods (unless you want to talk about that), I donated blood yesterday and got really tired in the evening. Wondering if there are any foods that might help me rebuild my supply I took to the internet. Wow is there a lot of woo and pseudoscience out there (*insert shocked .gif)! I suppose just common sense good eating will get me back on track. Do any of you eat differently to combat fatigue?
