Most animation we encounter in our daily lives is developed by creative industries in Japan and the United States (though a great deal of the actual work on these films is done by artists elsewhere who are often under-compensated for their work). However, animation is made all over the world, and today is a day to share work from voices outside of those two dominant spheres.
