The NFL coaching merry go round spins.  Mike McCarthy lands in Dallas, Ron Rivera in Washington, Matt Rhule in Carolina, and someone named Joe Judge at the Meadowlands.  Jason Garrett is gone, the Rooney Rule is useless, and Cleveland still has to make its latest mistake.

Meanwhile, better teams are still playing.  Which no longer includes the Patriots or the Saints.
