Are You Afraid of the Dark’s second episode of it’s first season is The Tale of Laughing in the Dark which features Zeebo the Clown.

The synopsis for the episode – “A kid named Josh decides to prove that a fun house isn’t haunted by stealing the nose of the clown who is supposed to haunt the place. He learns that the story isn’t fiction when Zeebo pays him a little visit.”

Trivia for the episode – “Aron Tager who portrayed the role of Dr. Vink in the episodes yet to come, portrayed Zeebo / Circus Carney in this episode being the only time he portrayed any other character.

This is one of my favorite episodes of AYAOTD and Zeebo ranks high on my list of villains from the show, probably tied with the Ghastly Grinner.
