Today’s discussion – MAD Magazine

Another childhood staple has been lost to the ages with the demise of Mad Magazine (solemnly plays Taps on my accordion) .

On trips to the grocery store, I would immediately run to the magazine section to look at the offerings.  MAD, Cracked, and other children’s magazines would make a young Stevie happy.

Today we will discuss MAD Magazine and what it meant to you.

I think my favorites were always Snappy Answers to Stupid Questions and Spy vs Spy!  I also liked the mini cartoons found on the border of the pages.
