Sorry about the week off; my Mom came into town, so I took her to a Broadway show last Wednesday as any good New Yorker with a visiting parent would. But we’re back to 1970! Unlike 1971, which was dominated by a few films, 1970 casts a wide net. As always, vote for as many choices as you feel are deserving, but don’t suggest any new ones! The time for that was last week, or next week when we get into Snubbies of ’69. The films and performances with the most upvotes will receive a gold statue of presumptive 2018 Snubby winner for BlacKKKlansman, Spike Lee.
Also, in case the front-page article wasn’t a blatant enough plug, buy my book!
