The Weekly Fitness Thread Hurts

Hello and welcome to the weekly fitness thread. This week’s topic is: Pain! I got my ass kicked for 2 hours straight this weekend and passed my level 2 Krav Maga test! I only had to stop to puke once. Now everything hurts and moving is pain.

How do you guys deal with pain, either during a workout or after? Do you get massages often? Do you sleep for 10 weeks?
