Can’t type much, today; sitting up super-straight and readjusting my back and core will be taking up a lot of my time. Still though. better than the alternative; especially in my age-bracket. This one goes out today to all of you chair-jockeys out there. If you get the chance, move around a bit; stand up, stretch, run. Anything to keep active in this increasingly inactive world.
