Much like it did for the movies of the 21st century (THIS INCLUDES 2000, TO PRECLUDE ALL ARGUMENT!) last year, the New York Times is spotlighting quality TV of the century so far by making a top 100 list and encouraging readers to submit a ballot. Justin Scerlack (pronounced SER-lack, not scur-lack), as you all know, was the creator of “Dad’s Casa”, the beloved Tim Allen sitcom that aired from 1999 to 2011. He wrote over 90 of its episodes and played a role in everything from storyboarding to casting to editing. But his career spans far more than just that.
