SNL presents a rare Halloween Night broadcast (there have only been four before, in 1982, 1987, 1992, and 2020 – two were on-theme with spooky hosts and musical guests: Donald Pleasance and Fear; Catherine O’Hara and 10,000 Maniacs). This year’s spooky host is Obsession breakout star Inde Navarrette, who will surely only do the frowny face five or six times throughout the night. Gracey Abrams returns for her second musical guest spot, and really isn’t the specter of nepotism the scariest thing of all?
