Most of the time here on Ad Space, we’re looking at commercials that are weird, or problematic, or deeply flawed in some way. ‘Cause picking apart where something went askew, that’s always a good time.

But occasionally, I like to spotlight ads that are simply well-made. Particularly when they’re animated ads that pour more fluid motion and visual creativity into their thirty second spot than most animated movies can manage in a ninety minute runtime. And this week’s ad is a wonderful example of the form:

So much emotion, conveyed via the designs of the cars. So many dynamic camera angles and set pieces, making it all so exciting. And so much wonderfully out-there squash-and-stretch animation, it just delights the eyes with the artistry on display.
