Located in the Greater Caucasus on the border with Russia, the summit of Mount Bazardüzü records the highest elevation in Azerbaijan, at 14,652 ft (4,466 m) above sea level.
Though the Wikipedia article lacks supporting citations, it suggests that the first part of the mountain’s name “Bazar-“ indeed refers to a bazar or market, as related to large gatherings that were held nearby in the past. Again, this is not properly backed up with sources, but it’s an interesting (though surely not unique to this) concept–naming a peak partly as a navigational landmark for some cultural practice.
