A little sparse this week; went to my uncle’s funeral this past weekend in Louisiana and the work I thought I might get done in my downtime was a little hijacked by unexpected (possibly positive) developments from my troubled but far-worse-than-it-could-have-been airline journey. These have lasted just a little into this week, in which I hoped to get cracking (and, fingers crossed, still will) on my traditional creatively-profitable autumn (and I should have a little time in the next couple of weeks to stop and smell the September, as it were).

Probably no comment today, but the header was a pair of g&c’s I managed to (mostly) knock out on the flight from Charlotte to Dallas. I don’t think I’d ever really tried drawing during flight before (not that it’s exactly a regular occurrence) and the specific method helped a lot more than if I’d actually been trying line drawing or whatever.
