So as I may have mentioned a time or twelve, starting with my 30th birthday, my birthday tradition, on years when I can get together with my friend, has been to watch bad movies, get drunk, and go online to buy myself a birthday present that I won’t remember the next day, resulting in a lovely surprise gift to myself however many days later. This has led to me being the proud owner of everything from the entire series of MacGyver, to a pallet of microwavable pork rinds, to every bad 80s movie you can think of (think Supergirl), to a large selection of Wisconsin summer sausages, and more.

This year, after meeting up with some fantastic Avocados (shout out to Grumproro, Ralph, Nate, Max Jets, Ice Cream Planet, and Otakunomike!), my friend and I watched . . . I honestly can’t remember. I know we started out watching The Fantastic Four because neither of us had seen it, but we quickly agreed it wasn’t the right vibe, so we watched . . . that’s where my memories end. There were definitely superheroes involved.

More importantly, my drunken online consumer adventures apparently led me to . . . vintage promotional glassware. I do not know what I ended up purchasing (hopefully not all of them), but I do know what ended up on my Ebay watchlist:
