Wayne got closer to Adam on DD2, then managed to break up his runaway and stay in the game into FJ at $12,200 vs. $23,000 for Adam. Finishing in the red was Maria at -$2,200.

Wagering strategy: Wayne held back $1,800 from his wager on DD2, leaving him just short of one-half of Adam’s score at that point. If he had missed DD2, saving that amount wouldn’t have done him any good, while adding it easily could have made the difference in staying alive into FJ.
