Bull’s-Eye was an early Green Arrow villain who first showed up in Worlds Finest #24 September – October 1946.

Bull’s-Eye could move so fast that he could dodge the arrows fired at him

Bull’s-Eye would also practice with his henchmen throwing darts at him.

Everything with Bull’s-Eye was bull’s-eye themed from his outfit, car and apartment.

Bull’s-Eye didn’t have a motive and when he was bored in his apartment he would use his crime target wheel to help decide what crimes to commit.

Star City is the home of Green Arrow and it has a vibrant night life with many clubs including The Flamingo, The Old Mill, The Grizzly and The Idle Hour.
