Hey, all; Fun and Frozen Friday –
As you may have already surmised, it’s both cold and damp where I am, right now; with the expectation of even greater slickness to come. I’d be happy to turtle up and avoid it, but, both today and tomorrow require me to have an outdoor presence; not to mention my fridge is getting kind of bare, so…
Being a lifelong New Englander, I’ll admit to having a strange sort of pride in being able to typically shrug off the crappier side of winter conditions. But, like, c’mon… Even the biggest Masshole has their limits. I suppose the only thing that keeps me from going completely apoplectic is the fact that at least I no longer have to pair handling the weather with the “joys” of public transit. Just thinking about those times gives me reflux.
Oh, right; you’re here. Um…Hope you’re not in the same boat, I guess. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to ice drift down the street for lunch and a haircut.
