Welp, folks, it’s that time again. Time for Geoff Keighley and the people he calls his friends, even when they’re hands crammed up a fabric facsimile of a creature, to sling a nigh-infinite onslaught of explosive, generic trailers at us while otherwise quickly rattling off games that won vaguely defined awards until all the trailers have been trailed. Clair Obscur will win the most, but discrete genre categories will allow the other GOTY candidates to get their own participation trophies as well.
