How much more whiplash can we all stand? Good question! I’m going to re-share something I think I shared last week for better mental health. Instead of doom scrolling, joy scroll. What you do is take a picture of something that brings you joy every day. Build an album of joy. Maybe add a little note to the pics reminding you why it brought you joy. When you feel the need to scroll, scroll through that album instead of your social media feed of choice. It will make you feel better. And the more you use it, the better you’ll be at adding to it.
