It’s Labor Day in the US this weekend and for many that signals the end of summer. Lots of us cookout this weekend in a communal ritual of smoke and flame and food. This year we’ve been invited to a friend’s for a cookout. We’re thinking about bringing a dessert-ish thing since we’ll arrive on the later side (I have to work in the morning). Anyone have plans for the weekend?
