It’s that time of year again, friends! The new foods for the Minnesota State Fair are here!

Everything I’ve had from Union Hmong Kitchen has been excellent, so the shrimp and pork toast is at the top of my list. Nothing truly horrifying this year tbh, though the hot honey jalapeño popper donut sounds pretty gross. (Will I eat it anyway? Probably)
