Welcome to the weekly TV thread during one of those weeks when, due to Thursday or Friday being a holiday, the comments section below the Couch Avocados column is as alive as Soos Ramirez after he was bitten by a zombie at the Mystery Shack.
The Original TV Score Selection of the Week is Brad Breeck’s main title theme from Gravity Falls, creator Alex Hirsch’s animated Disney show about Dipper and Mabel Pines, a pair of 12-year-old twins from the Bay Area (Piedmont—an actual city in the East Bay—to be exact) on a summer vacation in an Oregon lumber town full of supernatural mysteries.
Gravity Falls was fun.
Today’s prompt: Name a fictional small town from a TV show where you wish you would—like Dipper and Mabel did, over the course of two seasons that were a nonstop battle between Hirsch and Disney censors—spend the entire summer.
