Yesterday I saw this post by Eagle Hand Laundry and it gave me the inspiration for today’s topic. How do you like your grilled cheese? I’m mostly a classic white bread/American cheese type. It’s really a comfort food, especially when paired with a bowl of tomato soup or chili. A diner grilled cheese can really hit the spot when it’s done simply and just right. Once in a while I’ll go for something fancy but that’s a rare occasion.
