Stacy Lovell was jaded but not so jaded as to ignore the death of the possibility of a woman POTUS in her lifetime. “They killed Future President Lisa Simpson?” she shrieked.

.
“This will not stand! Or my name isn’t . . . [Malibu Stacy© is on a relaxing cruise. Tee hee!].”
MacCrocodile / Stacy Lovell is thoroughly disillusioned. They were the Town Investigator.
MacCrocodile (Stacy Lovell): Each Night, you can require one other player to suggest three original phrases for Malibu Stacy or for Lisa Lionheart before they can post anything else to the next Day’s thread.

To Be Continued

.
Day Four will end at at 8:00pm CST on Wednesday, March 26th.
Note: Because Day Three ended early, the reward for winning the event on Day One went unused. There will be an event on Day Four, the prize for which will be determined by the winner of the Day Three event.

ALIGNMENTS & ROLES (click to expand)
WOLVES (3 4 3)
Recruiter Wolf: The Recruiter Wolf is a graduate of the Lyle Lanley School for Scamming and can convince anyone of anything. The Recruiter Wolf can select one player each Night to attempt to convert. The Recruiter Wolf can only recruit Vanilla Town (VT) players. If the Recruiter Wolf attempts to recruit a non-VT player, the recruitment will fail, and there is a 50% chance the target will learn their identity. If the Recruiter’s first attempt fails for whatever reason, the Recruiter has one more chance. A second failed attempt will kill the Recruiter. The Recruiter can only successfully Recruit once. A successfully recruited player will be a Vanilla Wolf. After successfully recruiting, the Recruiter Wolf will be a Vanilla Wolf as well.Spy Wolf: The Spy Wolf prides themselves on collecting the juiciest bits of Springfield gossip to bring back to Helen Lovejoy. Each Night, the Spy Wolf can select one player to learn something about. There is a 50% chance they will learn the player’s alignment of [Town] or [Other] and a 50% chance they will learn something about the player’s power. The Spy Wolf cannot spy on the same player two Nights in a row. If the Recruiter Wolf dies before successfully recruiting, the Spy Wolf will become a One-Shot Recruiter.
Wolf Jailer: This Springfield Penitentiary guard moonlights (literally!) as the Wolf Jailer. Each Night, the Wolf Jailer can select one player to Jail, preventing them from taking a Night Action but protecting them against Night Action as well. The Wolf Jailer cannot Jail themselves. The Wolf Jailer cannot Jail the same player two Nights in a row.
Vanilla Wolf: Hey, another Wolf!
Note: Wolves must assign one Wolf to carry out the kill. That Wolf will not be able to fulfill their Role on the same Night. The same Wolf cannot carry out the kill two Nights in a row (unless there is only one Wolf left).
TOWN (16 10)Town Investigator: While no one can match Chief Wiggum’s deductive powers, the Town Investigator looks into one player each Night. There is a 50% chance the Investigator will learn the player’s status of [Vanilla] or [Not Vanilla] and a 50% chance the Investigator will learn something about the player’s power. The Town Investigator cannot investigate the same player two Nights in a row.Town Backup Investigator: If the Town Investigator dies before Day 3, the Town Backup Investigator inherits their badge and takes up their cause to be the best darn investigator this side of Chief Wiggum. Unfortunately, the Town Backup Investigator can’t find the Investigator’s notes anywhere. If both the Town Investigator and Town Backup Investigator are alive on Day 4, they will share a private chat.
Town Martyr: The Town Martyr aspires to be like Maude Flanders in every way. Each Night, the Town Martyr can select another player and die in their stead if that player is successfully targeted for death. The Town Martyr cannot attempt to die for the same player two Nights in a row. The Town Martyr can attempt as many Nights as they want, but they must attempt to save another player at least every other Night (beginning Night 1 or Night 2).
Vanilla Town (13 9): Their only power is their vote. Well, and their Power.
Vanilla Town message = “You are Vanilla Town, an ordinary citizen of Springfield, [Redacted], USA. However, there’s nothing ordinary about Springfield! No, not its charm and community spirit – its proximity to a nuclear power plant! Now you have a power of your own!”
OTHER (2 0)The Criminal (SK 1): The Criminal is determined to take over Snake Jailbird’s operation in Springfield, and no character, no matter how major or minor, is going to get in their way. The Criminal can choose one player each Night to incapacitate (remove from the game [kill]). The Criminal can target the same person on consecutive Nights. If the Criminal and the Vengeful Clown (SK 2) target the same player on the same Night, their identities will become known to each other. If the Criminal and the Vengeful Clown target each other on the same Night, they will face a Prisoner’s Dilemma. The Vengeful Clown (SK 2): The vengeful clown is fascinated by Sideshow Bob and wants to be just like him, but smarter! Better! Less clumsy! They have ambition too. This time, it’s “The Springfield, The”! The Vengeful Clown can choose one player each Night to incapacitate (remove from the game). The Vengeful Clown can target the same person on consecutive Nights. If the Criminal (SK 1) and the Vengeful Clown target the same player on the same Night, their identities will become known to each other. If the Criminal and the Vengeful Clown target each other on the same Night, they will face a Prisoner’s Dilemma.
RULES (click to expand)
Each player has a Power in addition to an Alignment (Town, Wolf, or Other) and a Role. Players’ Powers are related, however tangentially, to their character choice (rp). Players’ Alignments and Roles were determined by Random Number Generator (RNG). Powers were assigned before Alignments and Roles. If a player is recruited, their Alignment and Role will change, but they will retain their Power (if not already used up). Powers vary in usefulness. If a player has both a Power and a Role, that player can use both in a Night.
Win Conditions:
- An SK wins when they are the last player living. Note the possible exception in the Others section above.
- Wolves win when the SKs are dead and Wolves outnumber Town before Daybreak.
- Town wins when all Scum (Wolves and SKs) are dead.
Players will be alerted when there is a possible Die Unless Foe Found (DUFF) situation. However, DUFF situations can be unpredictable.
There will be at least one Event each Day. Participation is voluntary. Events may result in prizes or may just be for fun. Join in and find out!
Night Action order: Jail/Heal/Block → Power/Role →Recruitment →Death. For instance, if Player A is VT and investigated and recruited on the same Night, Player A will read as VT to the Investigator that Night. If Player A is VT and killed and recruited on the same Night, Player A will be successfully recruited but will also be killed (assuming no protective power also targets Player A).
A tie for first at Twilight will result in an RNG death amongst the tied players. Probably.
Note: Adjustments might be made to these mechanics if needed. Any changes will be noted in the header and in a pinned post from the mod. As you review the roles and rules, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to share them with the mod in Discord (the sooner the better!).
Standard Avocado Werewolf Rules:
- Do not directly quote or screenshot your private Discord chat on the day thread.
- Do not edit your posts on the day thread, even just to correct a grammatical or spelling error, however embarrassing.
- Only votes posted in the Vote Thread count. Please do not post anything but votes in the Vote Thread. Players are able to change their vote as many times as they’d like until Twilight. No Vote is also a vote.
- No game-related talk on the day Thread after Twilight.
- Do not discuss the game with players outside of the game and game-related Discord chat(s).
- Attack arguments, not people.
- Be kind, and remember: It’s just a game! Have fun!
