Hello yes friends, it is that most special of days… Sunday. I would post a list of my favourite things but most of them would be snakes, so instead I give you one of the fanciest cakes I have ever made. This was described as the Esterházy Crème Torte, which it definitely isn’t, but whatever it is it’s very very good. Happy birthday to me.
