Yesterday the day thread was about breakfast pizza. Since that was covered I’m curious what other non-traditional (as in tomato sauce/cheese/toppings) pizzas you’ve made or had that you really like. Several stand out for me, particularly making one that was Indian influenced. We had leftover potato samosa filling and used it with mango chutney to top a pizza. There was a light base of tomato sauce and some mozzarella cheese too but the Indian flavors really stood out. It was delicious.

This is the ‘menu’ from a pizza night we had that we invited the neighbors over for. They seemed a bit confused by it all, the pepperoni was their favorite.
