Breaking the Habit: Dry January/New Year’s Resolutions Edition

Week 3…

We’re halfway there, y’all.

My therapist wants me to try to train myself to think of abstaining as an act of good I’m doing for myself rather than a deprivation. Would that it were so simple, as Laurence Laurentz would say. However, I’m trying to hold onto that idea as I chew my fingers off.
