I got home late and was scarfing down some yogurt and then my weekly phone reminder about the Wednesday PT went off and I thought “oh crap I need to post the Wednesday PT” but I don’t have much content so I guess I’ll just talk about this yogurt. Honestly it’s pretty good — lemon flavored, zero added sugar, lots of protein, and is even better with a bit of granola mixed in– so maybe have yourself some yogurt or a nice treat if you are not a fan or do not consume dairy.
