We’re going to end up with a Round 1 of 64 (split into 2!) but before that it seems we need to set up a tiebreaker to help with seeding.

22 entries managed to snag 8-10 votes, bubbling under the cutoff point from the top 55 that got at least 11 votes. The top 9 entries from this tiebreaker will make it through to Round 1 – vote judiciously!
