Those of you who’d like to post future Creative Endeavors Threads post your request in the comments below. Hey, Kevzero here, I’m an amateur photographer based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I mostly take wildlife photos, but have been recently taking pictures of many other things. This week: 2024 in pictures! 2024 was overall a pretty good year as far as my nature photography goes. I was able to snap pictures of all sorts of animals and nature all across New England, with the occasional stop at old cemeteries along the way. I November I finally got off my butt and bought a new camera; a Canon EOS 6D Mark II, I’m loving it so far. The best months of photography was in April and May when it seemed like I was inundated with Whales, Canada Goose Goslings, and best of all Red Foxes and Kits. Of course, my decades long, seemingly endless, quest to get a picture of a full whale breach continues. I came close in May when I was on the beach taking pictures of some Humpback Whales, I put my camera down for a second to check out what I had just taken, and a Humpback, the one in the Header image, leaped out off the water about 50 yards in front of me. You probably heard me scream! So as 2025 approaches; here’s just a few pictures, one per month, of the pictures I took in 2024
