Hey folks! We’re recording the next episode of the AVoCADo GamesCast this coming weekend, in the evening (Eastern time) on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The topics of discussion will be:
- Nominations for The Game Awards (we’re not going to spend more than half an hour on this topic)
- An RPG catch-up, which will be our main topic of discussion. We want to talk about the RPGs that came out this year or late last year (or received significant updates) that we haven’t already extensively covered on the podcast. These include:
- Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader
- Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes
- Metaphor: ReFantazio
- Dragon Age: The Veilguard
- The Elder Scrolls Online
- Other RPGs you might want to talk about
Don’t worry, you don’t have to have beaten any of these games to participate. All we’re looking for are people who have played at least a few hours of at least one of these games.
If you are available and want to participate, please provide in the comments below:
- Your Skype handle, if I don’t already have it1
- On which evenings this weekend you’re available (Friday the 22nd, Saturday the 23rd, or Sunday the 24th)2
Please budget 3 hours for recording.
As always, the GamesCast welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds. Regardless of your age, gender, sexual orientation, or cultural background, if you have something to say, we’d love to have you. We would especially love to have more women+ on the podcast; please sign up if you’re interested. Newcomers are welcome. The only hardware requirements are a decent-quality mic for recording (the mic on a mid-range headset usually suffices) and a stable Internet connection.
Let’s chat about video games!
