30 Day Time Travel challenge day 28: Best and Worst use of Slow Motion (and fastforwarding (and montages!))

Welcome to the challenge of August, which is going to be all about Time; mostly fiction dealing with Time Travel, but also other topics to do with Time, and the manipulation thereof.

Today is all about the ways that filmed media manipulate the depiction of time to accentuate an effect. These do not have to be tied to superhero-y powers but can simply be used to highlight an impact, or the mania of a given scene.
So, todays prompt is: What are your favorite uses of Slow-Motion and Fastforwarding? Any things that are just always made cooler by these things?

Also, for the hell of it, I threw in montages as per the 3rd bonus prompt because these are also a way of “Manipulating Time” in media

Snyder Prompt: What were the most overindulgent or needless examples of slow motion and fastforwarding?

Quicksilver Prompt: Best and worst usages of slow motion/fastforwarding to depict superpowers, specifically?

Rocky Prompt: Best and worst montage in a show/movie!
