I’m away from home visiting family in Asheville and having a great time. Had dinner at Botiwalla the night we got to town and it was every bit as good as I was hoping. We’ve been big fans of Chai Pani since our first time here and I was glad to see that expanding their reach didn’t cause their food to suffer in the least! Today (Saturday) I’m hoping to go to the North Asheville Tailgate Market and sample some of the fresh local wares. Maybe get some fixin’s for a nice picnic lunch or a full-on dinner spread. I was clued in to Hominy Farm bakery (header image) by a neighboring vendor in Chicago, I have to drop in there. I’ll try to get some photos into the comments section.
